Once you can picture yourself living in the apartment, we will be happy to make the reservation for you. The apartment will be booked when we receive the signed contracts, and the deposits. The owner may want to know your exact arrival time so you can be greeted when you arrive at the apartment.

NYCity Living charges a reservation fee only when we have found the apartment you agree to rent. This fee is a percentage of the rent and varies according to the length of rental. It is payable when you sign the contract.
